This was amazing hotel, I really love it! the hotel was cozy surrounded by many shop and exactly in center of city. There are many delicious street food around the hotel and only walking distance to the Lake and Hanoi Old Quarter. The room was clean, smell good and tidy, we choose family room and it was quite big enough for us. I would like to express our gratitude to the staff , Sam (male ) and Kim (female) who always assist us, both of them are asset of the hotel ! they are so genuine and care to the guest, first class for them !!. I would like to recommend to all of you who will be staying here, please see Kim and Sam, and you will be amazed with their service.

We booked a twin room but they upgraded us to a triple because it had a better view. The service was impeccable and the location couldn’t be much better, in the middle of old town, close to the lake so in walking distance of everything. The rooms are nice and spacious and clean and well presented. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. :)
